CCS Global Tech Appoints LSSI's Chairman and CEO, Cary Burch, to Board of Directors
SAN DIEGO --(Business Wire)-- CCS Global Tech, a leading provider information technology and software development solutions serving the financial, healthcare, retail and high-tech manufacturing industries, appointed Poway, CA-based Lender Support Systems, Inc.'s (LSSI) Cary Burch to its board of directors and head of the company's business development sub-committee.
Burch brings two decades of leadership, business and information technology experience in the financial services industries. He has an MBA from Pepperdine University and has completed executive studies at Harvard Business School and Oxford University, UK. In 2003, Burch was acknowledged as one of the TOP 20 IT Executives in the financial services industry by the Financial Services Executive Forum.
Raminder Singh, CEO of CCS Global Tech, said that the company is expanding so rapidly he needs experienced leadership advisory to navigate his international enterprise. "Mr. Burch was my first choice for this appointment as Cary is a highly reputable individual and he has strong management expertise with fast growing companies," Singh said. The company has also established a business development committee, which Burch will oversee. The committee will review strategic business partnerships and potential acquisition targets while continuing the company's strong organic growth.
Burch and Singh are no strangers. Raminder Singh was Co-Founder of Irvine-based Commerce Velocity, LLC, which provides loan origination solutions to the mortgage industry. "Cary was instrumental early on with the development of the original technology platform and business model at CV," Singh added.
Cary Burch has an extensive leadership background as he was EVP/GM of Technology Solutions for (FNIS) Fidelity National Information Solutions, was an executive of The First American Corporation and SVP/CIO of Advanta Mortgage. Mr. Burch transitioned his career in the financial services industry by joining First Franklin Financial in 1988 as Vice President of Strategic Technologies, which was in its founding stage as a full-service mortgage banker.
