Ringleader Digital (RLD), a mobile ad serving solution provider, stated that they have launched Media Stamp online certification center through which publishers can easily participate in Media Stamp campaigns.
RLD Media Stamp is the mobile equivalent of an online “cookie,” delivering persistent (across sessions, carriers, networks, domains, etc.) and anonymous device identification. Media Stamp seamlessly integrates with existing digital advertising platforms to share unique ID information. This gives users the control, targeting, and analytics they need to gain real-time visibility into the management of their campaigns.
The objective of the online certification center is to provide publishers with access to the whereabouts of Media Stamp certified publishers along with key publisher demographics and contact information so that highly targeted, relevant mobile advertising campaigns can be seamlessly launched.
The center will also help publishers determine the technical compatibility with Media Stamp and learn about Ringleader Digital’s privacy and opt-out policies. Advertising agencies can use the center to access publishers currently certified for Media Stamp campaigns, enabling agencies to run highly targeted, traceable campaigns.
Bob Walczak, CEO of Ringleader Digital, commented in a press release that Media Stamp is becoming the de facto tool for agencies and publishers looking to run highly targeted, measurable campaigns. The Certification Center grants agencies easy access to the publishers leveraging their proprietary technology and also allows RLD to make sure that publishers are sharing important information about its privacy and opt-out policies with their visitors.
RLD claimed that MediaStamp was designed to meet all online Non-PII guidelines and mandates. The company has even enabled advanced privacy controls to let consumers persistently opt out of tracking for the life of their device. The technology does not track users. Rather, it builds profiles of each device by tracking mobile online usage patterns across nearly 100 discriminators that include device type, geography, and mobile carrier information.
