To instantly access ShowUhow's 360° Product Experience Solution and dynamic Product Guides, consumers using an iPhone can now scan the image of the QR Code on a product package at the point of sale. Making customers more prepared when they get the product home, the Product Guides provide consumers with instant support on their most common questions about the product features and the set-up process.

Offering manufacturers and retailers a series of video-based Product Guides for every stage of the customer lifecycle, ShowUhow, Inc., is the developer and provider of the 360° Product Experience Solution.

“Adding a QR Code reader to the ShowUhow mobile application is a natural evolution of our product design," said Kim Folsom, CEO of ShowUhow, Inc. "This will help shoppers access our manufacturers' product support instantly and allows manufacturers to take advantage of the latest innovations in QR Codes. It's yet another way we can help differentiate our clients' products at the point of sale.”

By improving the customer experience and support offering, the ShowUhow platform has enabled manufacturers and retailers to increase sales conversions at the point-of-sale. Also, manufacturers and retailers have consistently reduced "no fault found" returns and support costs by clarifying features during the pre-sale process. Companies can now instantly educate consumers with the QR Code reader as part of the mobile solution, the company stated in a press release. Manufacturers and retailers have consistently seen faster installs by adding ShowUhow services to the pre-sale and installation stages, the company claims.

The company recently announced the launch of a social media integrated feature. With the help of ShowUhow platform, product manufacturers and retailers can now upload their video instruction guides to their company’s Facebook (News - Alert), Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn pages. Product manufacturers, who are authorized to access the ShowUhow platform, can upload the videos to their Facebook, Twitter, YouTube (News - Alert) and LinkedIn, the company stated.
