Novatel Wireless (News - Alert), a provider of intelligent wireless networking solutions, announced that its Enfora and SeeControl will offer enterprise grade M2M solution to enterprises and wireless carriers.

According to officials, this collaboration brings together wireless device integration features, provisioning and remote data management services from Enfora (News - Alert) and the workflow, visualization and analytics application configuration tools from SeeControl. SeeControl offers a cloud-based platform for building tailored M2M applications.

Also, device, network, and application components from both companies’ software offering will be merged to arrive at a complete solution for the enterprise client. The combined solution will help enhance visibility, management and the operation of remote mobile and fixed assets required in transportation/logistics, security, supply chain and energy operations.

It was revealed that this collaboration is based on the working compatibility between Enfora and SeeControl. The two companies have already worked together to fuse the Enfora Spider AT asset tracking device and N4A Communications and Management software platform into SeeControl’s cloud-based application builder for monitoring and managing remote assets for an enterprise.
