Vodafone (News
- Alert) will provide wireless connectivity to Isabella’s range of mobile products and services in Europe.
Isabella Products, a mobile Internet device and services company, has signed an exclusive two year deal with Vodafone to this end.
As per the agreement between the companies, Vodafone will supply connectivity and its Machine to Machine (M2M) platform for this project.
This will allow users to instantly and wirelessly share content, such as pictures with friends and family on Isabella's products.
Because a Vodafone SIM card will be built into every Isabella mobile device it will give universal and reliable access to a range of Machine to Machine (M2M) services.
Thanks to Vodafone's high performance networks and M2M management system, Isabella will experience central control over how they wirelessly enable and roll out their products across the continent.
“We are extremely excited to partner with Vodafone for the European marketplace,” said Matthew I. Growney, founder and CEO of Isabella Products (News - Alert). “The enormous global footprint of the Vodafone network and their ability to provide us with a robust M2M management platform will allow Isabella to successfully launch innovative mobile devices and services throughout the region.”
“Vizit and Mini are exciting examples of innovative mobile Internet devices that will quickly and conveniently connect family and friends,” said Erik Brenneis, head of M2M, Vodafone. “By connecting over Vodafone’s mobile network, Isabella customers will be able to share photos and memories in real time.”
