ILS Technology Recognized by Frost & Sullivan for Customer Value Enhancement

The recognition is based on Frost & Sullivan’s recent analysis of the Machine-to-Machine (M2M) market.

"Implementation of a new service usually requires a different set of hardware infrastructure with suitable software and hardware connections between the devices, IT systems and service providers," said Laurel Donoho, research manager for Frost & Sullivan's Industrial Automation & Process Control group, in a statement.

"These requirements make the process complex, expensive and time consuming. While the industry standard of deployment is about six to eighteen months, ILS Technology is able to deploy the M2M platform for an end user in a week's time," Donoho added.

According to Frost & Sullivan, ILS Technology's deviceWISE M2M Application Platform simplified approach allows end users to connect device-to-device, device-to-database and device-to-application thus ensuring maximum flexibility and functionality.

The recognition is significant for the company as ILS Technology is driving growth in the M2M space through collaboration with other service providers. The collaboration enables companies to leverage each other's strengths. It provides a basis to understand new technology, and drive value to customers. ILS Technology has also expanded alliances with mobile network operators and mobile virtual network operators.

Recently, nPhase, a joint venture between Verizon Wireless and Qualcomm, announced that ILS Technology signed on to the nPhase ONE developer program to bring integrated, value-added capabilities to enterprises planning to deploy M2M solutions on Verizon (News - Alert) and Vodafone mobile networks.
