Teletrac Partners with M2M Enabler RACO Wireless for Improved Fleet Management


Advanced fleet management solutions help provide exceptional reliability and are key to driver productivity and safety. In a move to support its M2M connectivity and SIM management needs, Telematics solution provider Teletrac has partnered with Cincinnati, Ohio-based RACO Wireless, a mobile to mobile partner and enabler powered by T-Mobile (News - Alert).

According to company officials, the partnership will allow RACO Wireless to offer support for Teletrac’s Fleet Director GPS and Vehicle Tracking solutions.

"We continually strive to provide exceptional reliability to our customers, and the ability of Fleet Director to deliver driver, safety and vehicle information to customers without interruption is critical," Drew Hamilton, executive vice president at Teletrac, said.

RACO Wireless makes it easy for companies like Teletrac to build, support and enhance M2M applications thanks to its unique, streamlined approach to delivering customized M2M connectivity solutions.

The company offers wireless connectivity for machine-to-machine applications via T-Mobile's network and can offer flexible end to end solutions for companies from custom rate plans to tailored billing, device certification, and more.

To simplify SIM management, RACO Wireless also offers the Omega Management Suite complete with reporting, monitoring and alerting features to provide visibility into the wireless network as well as the tools needed to make SIM management a more simplified task.
