Skymira’s mobiGateway provides a platform that can integrate mobile data with back-office systems and still ensure that a uniform and consistent look is maintained when mobile apps are deployed across the entire company.

A reputed provider of state-of-the-art information systems for streamlining remote operations of people and equipment, Skymira stated that its mobiGateway would provide real-time systems integration, accommodate varied platforms and generate on-demand performance metrics.

Skymira's mobile business apps and M2M telemetry services will now be available on any browser enabled device over Wi-Fi , cellular, satellite networks and even GPS location services.

MobiGateway is considered as an alternative to developing programs in native apps and operates both online and offline. It helps to reduce development time and enhances security.

The easy-to-use intuitive apps eliminate the need for paper forms and in the process help to increase efficiency, optimize personnel and equipment utilization while reducing costs.

"Aberdeen (News - Alert) recently reported that Best in Class field service organizations, with as few as 100 technicians, could save up to $8,000,000 per year by implementing mobility solutions that eliminate paper forms, work in an offline mode, said Robert Landsfield, CEO of Skymira LLC, in a press release and added, "Our apps, services and MobiGateway platform can do all of the above.”

In other news, Skymira LLC, announced the addition of IsatData Pro satellite service to its portfolio of satellite solutions. IsatData Pro is a new and faster global satellite service offered by SkyWave Mobile Communications and uses the Inmarsat (News - Alert) satellite constellation. It is designed for two-way communications with people and equipment anywhere, anytime.
