ReZolt, a provider of OEM solutions for smart devices and sensors, announced the launch of ReZoltNet Device and Sensor Management System.
The device and sensor management system is designed to assist OEMs to develop cost-effective solutions with smart devices and sensors. It has the capability to interface with devices with any wireless interface.
OEMs can utilize ReZoltNet as a foundation for their application-specific device management systems.
“ReZoltNet is positioned to revolutionize the M2M and WSN applications. Large OEMs entering this space now have access to a cloud system that they can customize to meet their needs with a significantly lower investment,” said Vijay Parmar, president and CEO of ReZolt, in a statement.
“Small and mid-size companies who could not justify investing in own development of such a system can now provide a sophisticated end-to-end solution at a fraction of investment they previously needed to make,” Parmar added.
Recently, ReZolt announced the launch of Em-Fi, an embedded Wi-Fi platform that will allow OEMs to add low-power Wi-Fi networking to their embedded devices and get to market quickly with an end-to-end solution using ReZoltNet.
OEMs wanting to add wireless connectivity to these devices are challenged with high engineering cost and development time due to the lack of a common software framework and availability of an end-to-end solution.
ReZolt has integrated ReZolt Em-Fi embedded Wi-Fi platform with ReZoltNet. It is designed to offer a better experience to Em-Fi customers. Customers will benefit from the Em-Fi evaluation and development kits as well as a fast and low-cost path to an end-to-end solution for their products using Em-Fi, company official said.
