As a result, its customers were able to align their geographic information system mapping technology with NexTraq Fleet tracking platform. This enabled fleet managers to leverage existing investments in location technology.
Customer satisfaction, NexTraq claimed, was always a top priority and this commitment toward excellence paid off when its efforts translated into awards and recognition from leading technology forums and organizations.
This customer-centric approach is borne out by a 2011 Annual Customer Survey, which stated that 95 percent of NexTraq customers were willing to refer NexTraq Fleet Tracking platform to others.
NexTraq’s cloud-based platform, an offshoot of years of feedback. Given its rather successful and sophisticated fleet tracking technologies, service and distribution businesses have been known to optimize fleet operations, maximize revenue and reduce operational costs.
In related news, NexTraq announced that its client, Estes Heating & Air Conditioning increased its driver productivity by 13 percent with the NexTraq Fleet Tracking platform. Additionally, through the NexTraq Web Services offering, Estes was able to integrate its SAWIN application with NexTraq’s fleet management application, adding efficiencies to its already automated business processes.
