As a wide range of markets, right from healthcare to payment processing have been adopting the M2M market nowadays, highest levels of organizations both large and small are enjoying the long-term benefits of remote data management applications. KORE Telematics has been consistently working in the M2M market as a well known provider, and aims at further strengthening its focus on delivering the tools, services and value propositions necessary to speed the M2M application adoption process. In collaboration with over 600 application provider partners, the company has been striving to bring powerful M2M solutions to market with greater reliability and lower overall cost of ownership.

According to Alex Brisbourne, President & Chief Operating Officer at KORE, as the M2M market starts to show the promise of maturing, it also brings with it new challenges as organizations decide who to trust with their long-term strategic programs. Brisbourne noted that user adoption is accelerating rapidly, and KORE remains at the forefront of delivering services that move beyond generic connectivity to those tailored to the particular needs of each customer segment, while the company has brought Bob and Stein to its team in order to demonstrate its commitment to meeting the needs of its current and future customers.

Before joining KORE, Metzler was serving Firethorn, a Qualcomm (News - Alert) subsidiary as its Senior Vice President of Retail & Merchant Services. He also led the sales and marketing activities at T-Mobile for its Wi-Fi hotspot business unit and also served at 3COM Corporation for 15 years.

In the words of Metzler, he is thrilled to be joining KORE at such an exciting time of growth both in the company and the nascent M2M market, as the company is poised to drive adoption in the overall market, and in key customer segments, by capitalizing on its unique service, management and billing capabilities, coupled with the most comprehensive and skilled network of partners.

Soelberg held the position of Director of Marketing Communications at Cbeyond (News - Alert), a communications and IT services provider before moving to KORE. Having worked in both the wireless and Internet markets, he was a part of the launch team of EarthLink Wireless and EarthLink's MVNO.

In August 2009, KORE Telematics announced that it had launched a new program that helps application service providers offer global M2M solutions using a flat-rate for GPRS/3G data services.
