The appointment of M2M Connectivity as the distributor of Opengear (News - Alert) ACM5004-G 3G device server and secure remote management appliances in Australia and New Zealand has been confirmed by Opengear.
Opengear is a premier provider of next generation console server and KVM over IP solutions.

To remote IT, network & power device management in industrial applications, utilities, telecommunications, solar metering, point of sale and gaming markets the Opengear ACM5004-G device server is well suited.
Having a wide range of inbuilt applications, the products enable them to work "out-of-the-box" for most monitoring, logging and remote control installations.
The ACM5004-G of Opengear includes a wide device connectivity that has an internal Sierra Wireless (News - Alert) MC8795v quad band 3G HSPA modem. Also, throughout Asia and Europe, it delivers flexible out-of-band access on most carrier networks.
In other countries, Opengear is working actively in order to seek specialist wireless distribution partners.
