This will expand the reach of its network and application service platform on a global scale.

Global Gateway (News - Alert) to Secure M2M is a new service that is presently provided by Numerex that offers the required foundational components of device, network, and application branded as Numerex DNA on a hosted basis.

According to company sources several vertical markets will now benefit from a complete international platform with key components, enabling and integration services all included in one solution along with wireless network connectivity and managed applications.

The Numerex Global Gateway to Secure M2M service helps customers track and monitor their goods and services through a single interface using Numerex network and application platforms. These are capable of powering client solutions while incorporating an international data security standard - ISO 27001and other global wireless telecommunications network technologies.

Customers can continue managing the lifecycle of their devices, network plans, and SIMs through an easy to use portal interface. The Numerex portal features the ability to create, edit or customize devices, update data plans, edit customer account information, access data about new product features such as upgrades and various other management reports.
